Speaking of "Lindsay" this is "Lindsey!" (with an "E") She's a buddy of mine that works (at the moment until she becomes a famous actress!) at The Ginger Man in New York! If you haven't been, it's on 36th St. between 5th & Madison - I highly recommend it! (They have over 60 taps and 100 bottled BEvERageS; not to mention an excellent staff! Awesome!)
